One of the most important things that a person does in life is to volunteer to serve the community.  My desire is to leave the world better than it was before I was born.  Chapel Vision Community Development Corporation Organization (Non-Profit) has given me the opportunity to be a part of what I consider the most honest, and hands on community organization ever.  Working with a great visionary Dr. Tellis J. Chapman, President and O’Neal Edwards, Jr., Chairman of the Board, all of the tools are here to put our minds to use and our hands to work.

I am a graduate of Charles F. Kettering Senior High School, Detroit Public Schools.  This is where my ability to play basketball allowed me to further my education and attend Cerro Coso Community College located in Southern California, where I became captain of the Coyote Basketball Team.  After attending college, I returned to Michigan and pursued a career with Chrysler Corporation.  I have been employed with Chrysler for 20 plus years.  By the grace of God and the UAW, I was able to attend several educational opportunities.  Many of which were through the Tuition Assistance Program to attain advance skills and experience that allow me to be effective in Chapel Vision CDC and my church Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.  I currently serve on the usher board and I am honored to serve my Lord and savior Jesus Christ and my Pastor Dr. Tellis J. Chapman, as a Deacon.  I have been married for 20 years and have 3 children.
